GOG.com, Atari and New Games

GOG.com recently added a few new games to their growing catalogue of old games, after finally coming to an agreement with Atari to include their games for purchase and DRM-free download. Best of all, these games will work whether you have XP or Vista. However, I’d recommend waiting a bit if you dove right into the Windows 7 upgrade–some games may not work, but some do. Check the forums.

Four particular games of mention are Master of Orion/Master of Orion 2, Outcast, and Blood (and both expansions) the last item of which was released a mere couple of hours ago. All of these are priced at $5.99 USD.

While you’re there, take a look around and see if there is anything else you enjoy there. Did you know they also managed to get a ton of Activision’s old PC games as well? And have the original Fallout games? What’s not to love?
